About Us
Our story is simple. While running a successful janitorial business, problems continually presented themselves with no program solutions. We continually had to solve problems with spreadsheets, excessive manpower for verifications, continual training and oversight for validation of the simple functions for running a business. We even had to create a way to order supplies and figure out a way to track which items were billable and which items were not. After searching through many different programs designed for janitorial companies, we discovered no program really got it. They didn’t understand the actual needs of janitorial companies. Either the programs were very difficult to implement and set up or they didn’t encompass the functions we needed. Jason and Yeny decided to start chipping away at the problem. With the inception of TaskFlowManager, they both decided to start with the basic function of training, how to validate training has been completed and completed correctly.
CIMS
The janitorial company Jason and Yeny operate has been CIMS certified for over 8 years. CIMS is an incredible program and kudos to the ISSA for promoting and advancing the janitorial industry to a more professional level.
